Who are you, what does your project do, and why did you build it?

The Creative Lunch Club is a community for people working in the creative industries, which brings creatives together for lunch.

Whether you are a graphic designer, a photographer, a marketer, or a filmmaker, the Creative Lunch Club gives you the chance to regularly meet other creatives in your city for lunch.

As a member you'll get matched with two other creatives once a month. Then you set up time and place and have lunch together.

The Creative Lunch Club is an easy and casual way to meet other people working in the creative industries and extend your network.

It has more than 6,000 members in over 100 cities around the world.

What problems did Memberstack help you solve?

It helped me to manage the subscriptions of my members in a very convenient and automated way. I don't have to think when I need to bill my members because Memberstack does that automatically.

It was also very easy to build a members area, where members can log in and change their data themselves and also manage their subscription.

What are your favourite things about Memberstack? Why are those your favourites?

Memberstack is great to manage members of my community. I have already used Webflow and Stripe so it was the perfect solution for me. I like how seamlessly it integrates in Webflow and how easy it is to connect your Webflow form with Memberstack.

So I can really build everything exactly as I want. Also the Stripe Connection is great, so it's easy to handle the subscriptions of my members.

How I built this...

I built my website with Webflow. First I built the sign up form with Typeform and integrated it in my website. As a member management tool I used Airtable from the beginning, which I connected via Zapier with Typeform. In the beginning I only had a one-time fee, that was doable with Typeform and Stripe but I was not 100% happy with the form.

When I switched to a yearly membership I needed a better solution for that. Eventually I found Memberstack and it was very easy to connect it with Webflow and also Stripe. I'm now way more happy with the form and the process and it makes it way more easier to manage the subscriptions of my members.
